Restorative yoga is a practice aimed at restoring and rejuvenating the mind-body connection. In this gentle approach, we hold completely supported poses for 3 to 5 minutes each, allowing us to relax and connect with the earth beneath us and the stillness within.

This practice is conducted in fully supported poses on the ground and is suitable for all ages and skill levels. Whether you’re a seasoned yoga practitioner or a complete beginner, this practice offers a welcoming space for anyone looking to slow down in our fast-paced lives.

As a certified yoga instructor, I have focused my offerings exclusively on restorative practice to share the many gifts I've received from my years of personal yoga experience.

I believe that by discovering our quiet spaces and integrating mindfulness into our lives, we can deepen our connections with others, fostering healing for ourselves and those around us. This, in turn, brings more peace and harmony into the world we share.
